About Michael

As a young child, I was drawn to nature. As I innocently explored the fields and forests in my youth I marveled upon the origins of the world, of humanity, and how it all related to myself. In balance to my late adolescent angst, I began a journey of spiritual searching. Through pantheistic Native American, Taoist, and Buddhist teachings, and inwardly exploring with psychotropic substances, I built a foundation for later, more conscious work. In my 24th year, I started to take responsibility for my inner life by entering into Gestalt Therapy, starting decades of exploration of other therapeutic forms. Something broke open for me during this year. I delved deeply into the teachings and spiritual practices of Hinduism, Theosophy, anthroposophy, and astrology. I thought I had the best of the East and of the West when, after a few years of studying Rudolf Steiner’s anthroposophy, I was initiated into Siddha Yoga by Swami Muktananda. Six years later, I realized that truly practicing anthroposophy was my life’s path. I have dedicated over forty years as a student of anthroposophy, serving as a certified Waldorf elementary teacher and later as a Waldorf high school teacher. This led me to be a trainer and mentor of teachers on three continents. In 1997, I continued my astrological studies by having formal instruction in Evolutionary Astrology under its founder, Jeffrey Wolf Green. I later received certification under Kim Marie Weimer. I am not posing as a guru or indispensable teacher. I do not offer a one-size-fits-all approach to self-development. My task is to assist those who want to understand and fulfill their own unique evolutionary journey. I work closely with those who have the desire to establish harmony in their thinking, feeling, and daily habits. My work is for those who want to understand their soul lessons and fulfill their life’s intentions. We are here to know ourselves, face our truths and challenges, and live through our deeds in love.
