This work was characterized  by Rudolf Steiner as “thinking with the heart”. Everything shared with you comes out of decades of personal practical practice of Steiner’s indications in real life.

Learn how to determine and co-create your personal soul-evolution by using practices that you can freely use throughout your life. Enliven yourself to establish peace and certainty within, by strengthening yourself through deliberately dedicated activities.
